Mitchell Olsen
As a former athlete who struggled with the pressure of expectation, I understand the hurdles young competitors face. I hold an M.S. in Sport and Performance Psychology, specializing in the youth sport landscape. By combining research with experience mentoring youth, DI, and DII athletes, I offer a well-rounded perspective on growth. My goal is to help athletes build the resilience and mental skills needed to improve while prioritizing their overall enjoyment of the game.

Tommy Truman
Growing up, I loved sports — but I battled anxiety that made the pressure feel overwhelming. I was blessed with mentors who taught me how to face challenges head-on and build real confidence, one day at a time. Those lessons changed my life.
Now, I’m passionate about helping young athletes develop the same mindset and resilience that helped me! I also love spending time with my wife… and eating way too much pizza.

Crew Peterson
As the youngest of four boys, sports were my whole childhood. However, at age 12, anxiety and pressure started showing up. As I tried to ignore them and push through, I became so burnt out with both sports and school. This reflected in grades and performance.
After high school, through service and building businesses, I finally learned the skills needed to be more resilient. Now, my goal is to make resilience training mainstream in youth sports and develop a program I can put my own baby boy in when he grows up!
